    In my role as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Sovos, I successfully crafted and implemented our global DEI strategy. This initiative substantially improved our DEI rating and resulted in the highest employee Net Promoter Score in the organization's history. Collaborating with HR, I augmented diversity metrics in the US employee population and established effective communication channels, ensuring understanding at all levels.

    My contributions extend beyond corporate roles. As a board chair at the Georgia Diversity Council, I championed increased engagement and promoted diversity and inclusion in the workplace and communities.

    My approach extends to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) leadership positions both professionally and personally. At Sovos, I led philanthropy and volunteerism. As a Board Director, I provided grants to non-profits with the American Honda Foundation, focused on environmental sustainability with the Honda Marine Science Foundation, and social causes with the Alma Domestic Violence Foundation.

  • Initiated and managed division’s first cross cultural mentoring program designed to provide additional exposure to females and underrepresented groups.
  • Develop strategic brand direction through broadcast, print, digital and social media. Oversaw vendor management including media buying, production of assets, and campaign creation.

  • Projected financial and sales impact of all marketing opportunities which adhering to budget.

  • Managed focus groups, surveys, and all qualitative and quantitative data research for the division.

  • Launched a new more efficient learning management system for over 3000 dealers, which provided better reporting and additional access to information.
