In my role as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Sovos, I successfully crafted and implemented our global DEI strategy. This initiative substantially improved our DEI rating and resulted in the highest employee Net Promoter Score in the organization's history. Collaborating with HR, I augmented diversity metrics in the US employee population and established effective communication channels, ensuring understanding at all levels.
My contributions extend beyond corporate roles. As a board chair at the Georgia Diversity Council, I championed increased engagement and promoted diversity and inclusion in the workplace and communities.
